About the Project
Tradefull’s end-to-end e-commerce and logistics platform had a lot of features and functionality buried within a legacy interface that was inaccessible, difficult to use, and extremely frustrating for users
The fist problem to solve was a complete re-design of the entire platform, OMS, PIM, WMS/IMS, and add a variety of customer friendly tools that help both internal and external users use the massive toolset more effectively.

The Challenge
Despite the innovation behind PCB stator technology, the platform’s previous interface did not reflect its sophistication or ease of use.
Key issues identified:
Confusing onboarding for new users and engineers
Lack of intuitive navigation and task structure
Overwhelming technical data without contextual guidance
Dated UI that didn’t align with ECM’s high-tech positioning
Low engagement on key workflows like motor search and creation
